FWUCS is volunteer-run and self-funded. We are not a campaign. We do not coordinate with candidates or their committees. We do not accept direction, content, or funding from campaigns.

Merit. Public service jobs should be earned through competence — never bought, inherited, or handed out as favors.

Truth. Voters are entitled to facts about the people asking for their vote.

Accountability. Institutions stay healthy when the people inside them answer to the public.

Reconciliation. The goal is a country that can trust its government again — and a government worthy of that trust.

Every candidate we feature meet the following criteria:

• Served in the federal civil service or uniformed services

• Entered federal service through competitive, merit-based selection

• Currently a declared candidate for the U.S. House or Senate
